Plain English Summary: These terms govern your use of ARIA AI Solutions products and services. By using our services or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, email tristantiffany12@gmail.com before signing up.
Section 01

Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "User," or "you") and ARIA AI Solutions LLC ("ARIA," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wisconsin limited liability company.

By accessing or using any ARIA product or service — including the ARIA AI assistant platform, any website we build for you, any AI widget embedded on your website, or any API access — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. Continued use after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Description of Services

ARIA AI Solutions LLC provides the following products and services:

AI Ethics & Transparency

We believe AI should be transparent, fair, and in service of real people — not a replacement for human judgment.

AI Transparency
ARIA will always acknowledge it is an AI if a user sincerely asks. We never misrepresent ARIA as a human.
No Data Selling
We never sell, rent, or trade your data or your customers' data to any third party for any purpose.
Human Oversight
ARIA assists — it does not replace human judgment. All bookings generate notifications to the business owner. Final decisions remain with a human.
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Hosted on AWS with industry-standard security practices.
No Bias or Discrimination
ARIA treats all users equally regardless of protected characteristics. We actively monitor for and correct biased outputs.
Accurate Information
We use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) so responses are grounded in your actual business data, not AI hallucination.
Child Safety: ARIA must never be used to create, distribute, or facilitate any content that harms or exploits minors. Any such use results in immediate termination and will be reported to appropriate authorities.
Section 04

Accounts & Access

Access to ARIA services is provided via a unique API key issued to each client upon payment. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential, all use of ARIA services under your key, and notifying us immediately if you believe your key has been compromised.

We reserve the right to revoke API keys and suspend accounts that violate these Terms, are suspected of fraudulent activity, or present a security risk to our platform or other clients.

Section 05

Payment & Billing

Monthly Subscriptions: Billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Renews automatically until cancelled.

One-Time Services: The Website Build service is a one-time payment of $750.00.

Tax: Applicable sales tax collected automatically at checkout based on your location.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your Stripe customer portal or by emailing tristantiffany12@gmail.com. Takes effect at end of current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial months.

Refunds: Website Build payments are non-refundable once development has commenced. Subscription payments are non-refundable. Technical failures on our part — contact us within 7 days and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.

Section 06

Data, Privacy & Security

Data We Collect: Business name, contact details, payment info (processed by Stripe — we never store raw card numbers), conversation logs, and usage analytics.

Data Retention: Conversation logs retained for 90 days. Usage analytics retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.

Third-Party Services Used:

We will never: sell your data to advertisers, share customer conversations with third parties for marketing, use your data to train public AI models, or access your account without permission except to resolve a support issue.
Section 07

HIPAA & Medical Clients

Healthcare Clients: A signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required before Protected Health Information (PHI) may be processed by our systems.

If you are a covered entity under HIPAA, you must contact us to execute a BAA, deploy ARIA on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure (Professional plan), and ensure your use complies with all applicable HIPAA requirements. To request a BAA, email tristantiffany12@gmail.com with subject line "BAA Request."

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ARIA services to violate applicable law, transmit spam or harassment, generate defamatory or harmful content, reverse engineer ARIA's software, resell API access without consent, create content that harms or exploits minors, spread misinformation or deepfakes, or process regulated data without appropriate agreements.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

ARIA's IP: The ARIA platform, software, design, and branding are the intellectual property of ARIA AI Solutions LLC.

Your IP: You retain ownership of all content you provide. You grant ARIA a limited license to process that content solely to deliver our services.

Websites We Build: Upon full payment you receive full ownership of the website. The underlying ARIA widget and API require an active subscription to function.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

ARIA services are provided "as is" without warranty. AI-generated content may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before acting on it. ARIA AI Solutions LLC's total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Section 11

Termination

By You: Cancel anytime by emailing tristantiffany12@gmail.com or through your Stripe portal. Access continues until end of billing period.

By Us: We may terminate immediately for material breach, fraudulent activity, security risk, or legal requirement. Upon termination your API keys are deactivated and data retained for 30 days before deletion.

Section 12

Changes to Terms

We will update the effective date, email active subscribers at least 14 days before material changes take effect, and post a notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Governing law: State of Wisconsin. Disputes resolved in courts of Dodge County, Wisconsin.
